Right Mouse button on it and open up VIEW NETWORKS or something similar. See what networks are available and if not connected, select the one you want and connect. Since you are at work, the method to get on the internet could be different. Is there someone there that can assist? Irv S. Aug 11, 2018 · This was an intermittent problem for me, but with IPv6 enabled, the default gateway would have two entries. The first was "0.0.0.0" and the second was the correct IPv4 gateway. This explains why my local network was working but I had "no internet access". If still no internet, log the device back into the wifi network. Set Advance Settings to Proxy None and Connection Static -> enter valid IP Address. Try opening your browser on the device. I tried this for my device when connected to the wifi network but no internet access and it worked. Hope this helps.
